SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
New Fidelity will deliver most items free of charge to most locations within Australia. Freight charges may apply to some areas or to some larger items. If an item attracts a delivery charge, you will be notified prior to your payment being processed.
Please note that New Fidelity does not ship internationally.
If you would prefer to collect your order from the New Fidelity showroom, at the Checkout please select the Pick Up Instore Balmain option under delivery options. You will be notified by phone and/or email when your order is available to be collected.
If you select to have you order delivered, New Fidelity will do absolutely everything to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
For delivery we use a number of carriers including Couriers Please and Australia Post E-parcel plus other carriers for larger items.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days and should be delivered in approximately 5 to 7 business days, depending on what state/territory you live in. Items shipped to Sydney metropolitan addresses will most likely arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
Deliveries will require a signature. A business address would be therefore highly preferable. Please provide your company name and address when completing the delivery details. For ease of delivery we also deliver to P.O. Boxes – this only applies to small items delivered by Australia Post. Any delivery by courier would preferably be to a business address. If a delivery attempt is made and no-one is available to sign, a calling card will usually be left with instructions on what you will need to do next. Please be aware couriers may attempt a second delivery and if unsuccessful, return the item to New Fidelity. Re-delivery charges will then apply.
Prior to signing, please check the condition of the item. Do not accept delivery if the item is significantly damaged. If you do sign for it, please note the damage and contact New Fidelity immediately.
If you require delivery prior to a certain date, please select the Buy Now By Phone option so we can discuss your specific requirements and other freight alternatives and costs if required.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will usually include a tracking number.
