HOW NEW FIDELITY’S ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM WORKS

When you click Buy Now Online, New Fidelity accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard that will be processed by the eWAY Secure Payment website. To ensure compliance with data security standards, credit card details are not saved on New Fidelity’s website.

A pre-authorisation will be performed on your credit card when you finalise your purchase online through our Checkout. Once New Fidelity has received your order, on the next business day we will confirm the availability of the items to supply or to order from our supplier. Your credit card will be charged at this time.

At this time you are also agreeing to the approximate shipping time frame as stated next to the product you are ordering at the time of ordering. Every effort is made to exceed your expectations however some factors are outside of New Fidelity’s control.

Payments may also be made by Direct Deposit/EFT directly into New Fidelity’s bank account only when you click Buy Now By Phone. Many of our clients including businesses prefer this option.

 

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

All prices online are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can. While you are still browsing and shopping online you may change or remove the items in your Shopping Cart. However, once you have proceeded to the Checkout to purchase and confirmed your order it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order. Please make sure you refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.

CAN I SEND A GIFT TO SOMEONE?

Yes you can. The process is the same as shopping for yourself. When you enter the payment and shipping pages of the site you can choose to have the order delivered to the gift recipient’s address.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

The easiest way to know if an item is in stock is to contact New Fidelity at info@newfidelity.com.au or call 02 9818 2333 during showroom trading hours shown on the top left of this page. At this time we can also inform you of the estimated delivery time.

If no expected shipping time frame is displayed alongside the item, we estimate that stock is available from our suppliers or held in the New Fidelity warehouse and that this item will ship in accordance with New Fidelity’s delivery/shipping policy – see Delivery/Shipping Info. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and some from the New Fidelity warehouse.

Unfortunately from time to time, we may be notified by one of our suppliers after New Fidelity submits its order that there will be a delay in supply. It is at this point that you will be contacted by phone and/or email if this delay exceeds the expected shipping time frame – see Delivery/Shipping Info.

If your order will not be completed within New Fidelity’s delivery/shipping policy timeframe, you will be contacted by phone and/or email and given the option of cancelling your order or waiting for the item.
